I just picked up a brand new nautilus from Norm Reeves lincoln.  This is my fourth car from this dealership.  I just want to thank them for another great experience. I want to especially thank mike O'connar.  He is a star.  This is my second or third car from him.  I really appreciate his efforts to make this process of buying a car as simple as possible.  I really trust him.  Also a thank you to Oscar in finance.  You are a great new addition to the team.  Highly recommend this team!

Read up folks, purchase my car a year ago through Norm Reeves. I recently started experiencing some problems. Returned back Norms explained my concerns and I must say they went over and above for me. I learned that when you give the technicians the time that they need to thoroughly check your car even if it means you have to leave it for two or three days, this allows them to take their time & you end up a happy and returning customer. My service advisor Daniel Sanchez explain all the details concerning my vehicle, kept me updated with the status and was very customer service friendly. I just purchased a vehicle Saturday and I had the best experience. At first I was a little upset thinking they sold the car I originally wanted but Rafhael Cardoza went out of his way to go look for the car in the lot. The system wasn't showing sold but he couldn't find the car so instead of just trying to get me into another car he went out of his way to hunt it down and make sure we got the car I had went for. I'm in love with my Ford Edge : ) This place has great customer service and the process is fast you will not be there for hours :)

First time car buyer here!
Upon arriving at Norm Reeves, pre approval in hand, Diego one of the sales people approached me and asked how he could help me.
I found no help at another dealer so I was hoping for better here.
I got just that.
10 minutes within my visit, I was already sitting in the car ready to test drive it!
After the test drive, I was brought inside the building where I filled out a credit app and discussed a few terms.
Diego was very friendly and so helpful. As a first time buyer I was really nervous and hesitant but he guided me and I was driving off the lot with my new car shortly after! A used 2017 Hyundai Accent. Running smooth!
I'm very happy and will probably be purchasing my next car here!
